Refund policy
EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
- All orders placed will have 30 days to exchange or refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. We will ship the exchanged item back to you.
- If your piece is incorrect or faulty please email us your name, order number and a quick description of what has happened. We will get the issue resolved for you as soon as possible.
- For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. Please note the goods are your responsibility until they reach us here.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR SILVER IN CHAOS
Email silverinchaos@outlook.com with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and your order number in the subject line. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. We will ship the exchanged item back to you. You will receive an email with information on next steps (incl. the address to send the goods back to). We will send you an email as soon as we receive your package.
